Residential RoofersFlynn Group of Companies Job Summary: - Installing, repairing or replacing shingles and other roofing tiles- Installing, repairing or replacing roofing systems using materials such as asphalt and gravel- Use of hand tools and power tools for installation- Repair or replacement of all roofing systems- Providing training to more junior level, less experienced workers What We are Seeking:- Minimum 5 years roofing (Residential) experience- Ability to install all kinds of Residential roofing systems (Cedar and Slate)- Ability to instruct apprentices and new workers- Ability to work at heights- Ability to learn and obey our extensive company safety policy- Red seal certified (preferred) Benefits:•Dental insurance•Health insurance•Vision insurance•Prescription insurance•Referral bonus program•Overtime pay•Vacation pay•On-site parking•Sponsored Retirement Savings Plan•PPE provided•Tools provided•Flynn University (Coach training) #LI-DNI
