Glazing Service Account ManagerBusiness Development, Service DivisionFlynn Group of CompaniesWinnipeg, MB This position will be based out of our Winnipeg location, reporting to the Glazing Service Manager. A Day in the Life:- Help grow and build our Glazing Service business- Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients- Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities- Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders- Attend association, industry, and networking events- Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client- Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn's brand and services through marketing and social media channels- Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner- Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner- Ability to conduct presentations virtually- Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives What We Are Seeking:- Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business- Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad)- Clear understanding of contract documents What We Offer:- Competitive wages and benefits- Structured bonus plan- RRSP matching- Great environment where our motto is “Flynn Family Winning Together”!- On-going career development courses and programs through our in-house Flynn University #LI-IC1 Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building's outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
