Reporting to the Operations Manager, Field Sales, the Bilingual Sales Coordinator is responsible to coordinate, consolidate, track and report on activities and information in support of Key Account Managers and Sales Force.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update general account information (Beaver system management, booking consolidation, weekly reports, sales force automation uploads, customer, product and photo maintenance)
  • Effectively manage department support, analysis, and reporting activities, in addition to special projects, while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and report on weekly multi-banner national price audit, trend analysis, competitive information.
  • Develop, manage, and update templates for account analysis, tracking of account specific initiatives, sales reps target achievements.
  • Generate, distribute, and communicate sales specific reports
  • Leverage marketing and sales strategy presentations to develop persuasive, market-ready sell sheets that directly support field reps in meeting and surpassing sales goals
  • Coordinate sales samples for presentations, customer reservations and regional meetings
  • Support Key Account Managers to create customer presentations utilizing analytical data provided by Analysts and effectively communicate key account initiatives and program plans to Field Sales
  • Onboarding of sales reps with IT set-up forms, business cards requests, Yammer set-up, etc.
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks on request

Qualifications:

  • A university or equivalent college degree in business related courses.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in the Packaged Goods industry – experience in a similar role preferred
  • Must be perfectly bilingual (both oral and written)
  • Strong computer proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Word, SFAs, Beaver ordering system, an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to multi-task (project-based work experience).
  • Knowledge of or experience working with A.C. Nielsen data is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
