Laboratory Technician

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• Prepare, verify and dispense prescriptions by performing the final technical check;
• Identify potential issues for patients and collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to process prescriptions;
• Support clinical and logistical operations in the pharmacy;
• Maintain regulatory documentation;
• Ensure hygiene and keep the laboratory tidy to facilitate its smooth operation.

To qualify for this position, you must:

• Hold a two-year degree in pharmacy technology;
• Have PEBC certification;
• Be registered with the province’s College of Pharmacists.

Number of hours per week:

• 35 hours or more
