About the role.
What you’ll be doing.
- Support regional teams and Plant Inclusion Committees with tools, templates, guidance, and activation resources that help regional leads apply global priorities in ways that fit local workforce needs.
- Support change adoption by helping leaders, ERG leads, and regional partners embed Inclusion & Belonging into everyday leadership practices.
- Monitor programme progress and flag risks, resource gaps, stalled activity, or decisions that need escalation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Psychology, Cultural or Equity Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience in inclusion, culture change, or community-centred work.

Compensation Package: $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
