McCain Foods (Canada) has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Stockroom Supervisor at our Carberry, Manitoba Food Processing Plant. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for leadingWhat you’ll be doing.

• Work closely with Production and Maintenance management and team members to achieve plant goals and KPIs
• Oversee performance management system for the employees under your direction, including performance appraisals and coaching and progressive discipline as required
• Participation in departmental planning sessions and work closely with other Maintenance functions to deliver best in class maintenance stats
