What you’ll be doing.

1. Define and continuously mature the enterprise change framework, playbooks, standards, and templates; ensure consistent adoption across functions/regions.
2. 1. Lead strategy, planning, stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments, and sponsor coaching.
   2. 1. Design experience‑centered change journeys; gather feedback and iterate to reinforce behavior change post‑launch.

      Build and lead a global change enablement curriculum (toolkits, training, coaching), and a champion/ambassador network that scales change.

   3. Change Portfolio, Risk & Analytics:
   • Establish measurable adoption KPIs, readiness metrics, and reporting (dashboards) that inform decisions and demonstrate value.

   • Qualifications & Experience

     Demonstrated success designing and operationalizing enterprise change frameworks and governance at scale.

   • Proficiency with change analytics (readiness, sentiment, adoption), portfolio management, and data‑informed decisioning.
   • Leadership & Behavioral Competencies

     Influence without authority; builds coalitions across functions and regions.

   • Data‑driven storyteller; turns insights into action for leaders and teams.
   • People & Capability: strengthen leader capability; change champion network performance; playbook utilization rates; team engagement and retention.
