We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will drive financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance our financial planning and analysis capabilities. Your expertise will empower us to optimize operations, improve profitability, and sustain our growth trajectory. *Responsibilities* Financial Planning & Forecasting * Develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models
* Analyze revenue, cost drivers, and operational KPIs to support financial planning
* Provide scenario analysis and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives
* Support Finance leadership for financial analysis and reporting, implementation of internal and external financial KPI' *Financial Reporting & Analysis* * Prepare monthly financial performance reports and management dashboards
* Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insights to leadership
* Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions *Cost & Operational Analysis* * Analyze manufacturing costs, labor utilization, overhead absorption, and production efficiency
* Partner with operations teams to improve cost control and profitability
* Support inventory and standard cost analysis *Business Partnering* * Collaborate with operations, supply chain, HR, and leadership teams to support decision-making
* Provide financial insights for capital investment, pricing decisions, and cost optimization
* Support management presentations and executive reporting *Process Improvement* * Improve financial reporting automation and analytics capabilities
* Support ERP and financial system enhancements
* Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve financial transparency
* Any additional and ad-hoc tasks that can be assigned from time to time based on the Group requirements. *Qualifications * * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
* Professional designation such as CPA or ACCA or equivalent
* Experience
* 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or manufacturing finance
* Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
* Technical Skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
* Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
* Experience with planning or reporting systems such as \*\*Hyperion Financial Management, MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms is an asset *Competencies * * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into business insights
