Customer Service Representative

*Job Description: *Customer Service Representative *Reports to: *Transport and Service Rep Supervisor *Position Overview: *Reporting to the Transport and Service Rep Supervisor, the Customer Service Rep is responsible to build and maintain relationship with our customers. Ensure that all functional areas are fully aware of Customers’ specifications and ensure airline inventory are timely and accurate. *Job Description:* * Conduct Quality and/or quantity inspections of each class meal counts and ensure quantities boarded match invoice.
* Random samples of meal tray set-ups including Entrée’s, Crew meals, and Special meals.
* Organize all airline catering requirement items by flight number in the holding area.
* Advise Supervisors of any product or equipment shortages that exist.
* Complete catering requirement “check list” form for each flight number checked.
* Dispatch flight to transportation Drivers/Loaders to ensure complete flight loaded.
* Visit Customer aircraft and brief Crew on meal count quantities and locations.
* Assist Crew with any catering related issues.
* Assist local Customer ground staff with any catering related issues.
* Assist Drivers with any loading questions.
* Other duties as assigned. *Qualifications/Experience:* * Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in food industry
* Valid driver’s license, and able to meet security clearance requirements for ramp access.
* Need to be able to obtain both the GTAA RAIC PASS & AVOP (Airport Vehicle Operation Pass) – once hired
* Ability to work in temperature-controlled (0 to 4 Degree Celsius) environments for duration of shift.
* Motivated self-starter with good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Process oriented with good organizational abilities
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
* Must be able to lift heavy weight, up to 50 lbs
* Must be reliable, professional and presentable.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
