Job Summary: The Inventory Operations Specialist is responsible for managing product and inventory data to ensure smooth operations across the organization. This specialist will be responsible for item set up and maintenance of styles, SKUs, labels, pricing, and bills of materials, as well as supporting initiatives that improve the quality and reliability of our inventory data. The role collaborates closely with internal teams and contractors to support production, value-added services, and inventory management, helping to maintain efficient workflows and timely order fulfillment. The specialist is expected to challenge the status quo – questioning existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create New Styles, Sku’s, Labels, Merchandise groups (Color, Dimensions, Size Ranges, Customers, Categories), Bill of Materials, Cost Sheets, Special Pricing
• Data Cleanup- adjusting duplicate styles, sku’s, labels and assisting in inventory discrepancies
• Maintaining Data Integrity (conduct data reviews and validations) – updating size availability, prices, vendors codes, costs, statuses, customers and HS/duty codes
• Daily collaboration with the embroidery department, allocations and contractors to maintain constant flow of work
• Create production orders for value added services with in-house/outside contractors
• Adjust and revise production orders due to inventory discrepancies/BOM errors
• Creating Manual order stock transfers between warehouses
• Biweekly follow up and cleanup of past due productions
• Maintaining contractor cost updates
• Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education:
• College/associate’s degree in supply chain, data analytics, or business administration
• Experience in supply chain and logistics
• Experience in ERP and warehouse management systems
• Minimum 6 months’ experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the accuracy and quality of work
• Able to manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
• Comfortable working with data and identifying issues within large or complex datasets

• Computer knowledge MS Excel, Outlook, Word, WMS and ERP systems (Blue Cherry)
