With over 750 skilled employees across six state-of-the-art facilities in Canada and Poland, totaling 450,000 square feet, Cyclone Manufacturing is committed to excellence, innovation, and quality. *Position Summary* We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Program Coordinator who will help support the Program Management team and coordinate projects of varying size, scope, and duration. We are looking for an experienced individual who is self-motivated, a quick learner! *Here’s What You’ll Deliver:* * Develop knowledge of current processes, equipment, materials, and products
* Develop knowledge of program management methodologies and software currently used
* Assist in planning activities to ensure on-time releasing to shop floor
* Assist in developing the project plan, schedules, and work plans, including defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Develop and maintain relationships with team members and project stakeholders
* Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
* Monitor progress of projects, identify problems & bottlenecks impeding progress, and participate in their resolution
* Assist with risk, change, and communication activities relating to the projects
* Proactively manage changes in Program Management scope, identify potential crises, and track part and material status to ensure on time delivery to customers
* Provide reports, updates and feedback to Program Management and follow up actions
* Other duties as assigned *Qualification * * 1-3 years of relevant project coordination experience in a manufacturing environment
* Completion of a College or University program in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business Administration
* Knowledge of program management processes and methodologies, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
* Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, & reporting) and exposure to Power BI dashboards
* Experience automating repetitive administrative and reporting tasks using Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, VBA, or similar tools
* Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, production processes, and operational phases, including planning, procurement, fabrication, assembly, quality assurance, and delivery
* Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings, technical documentation, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
