Short Order Cook- Cafeteria, Full Time

How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will:

• Assist with food preparation, serving meals, cooking to order operating kitchen equipment such as Grill/Griddle/Fryers/Pizza Oven/Sautee, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen. Stations include all day breakfast, lunch grill menu, pizzas, and rotating international flare.
• Assist with food preparation, serving meals, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you:

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Experience working in a cafeteria setting preferred, especially 'short order'. Preparing standard menu items upon request from the customer.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
