The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, and/or employee incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Executive Hospitality Services Manager, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

• Provide a professional and welcoming reception experience for all visitors, clients, and employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitor management, access assistance, and wayfinding within the facility.
• Verify, log, and manage visitor access while maintaining security and confidentiality standards.
• Notify employees of visitor arrivals and provide escort services when required.
• Assist guests with accessibility needs and ensure an exceptional workplace experience.
• Maintain a professional reception area and promote workplace etiquette and hospitality standards.
• Support pantry and café programs, including inventory management, ordering, stocking, and maintaining café amenities.
• Conduct regular inspections of office spaces and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Report and coordinate the resolution of facility, maintenance, technology, security, and workplace issues.
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are properly prepared for meetings and events.
• Coordinate audiovisual, telepresence, and meeting technology requirements, including troubleshooting basic issues.
• Reset meeting rooms following meetings to maintain presentation and operational standards.
• Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, stationery, copier supplies, and workplace equipment.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and service requests with internal support teams and external vendors.
• Manage catering requests, provide recommendations, and coordinate food service delivery for meetings and events.
• Support and enhance onsite food service and hospitality programs throughout the facility.
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
• Coordinate mail distribution, package handling, and directory updates as required.
• Provide executive-level hospitality support, including visitor management and pantry service on executive floors.
• Build positive relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and workplace partners to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience coordinating meetings, events, catering, or workplace services is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is considered an asset.
• A positive, proactive, and service-focused approach to supporting employees and visitors.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when supporting executive-level stakeholders.
• Flexibility to support operational requirements and special events as business needs dictate.
