Stand Supervisor Part Time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stand management completing daily inventory counts
• Help to oversee daily operations and supervise the servers, support staff, bartenders
• Lead, train, coach, and mentor a small team
• Answer guest inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs
• Maintain a clean and organized stand
• Adhere to uniform standards and job specific standard operation procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

• Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, sincerity, helpfulness, and courtesy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong desire and ability to delight and accommodate guests
• Strong organizational skills with ability to work in high pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• ProServe certification required
• Spirits and/or Wine service education would be an asset
• Evening and weekend availability required

The hourly wage rate for this position is $19. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
