Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic

Thompson Construction Group has an immediate opening for a certified Heavy Duty Mechanic working from our Spruce Grove area of operations.

Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)
• Rebuild off-highway equipment/components
• Work on construction, mining, and some agricultural equipment
• Keep accurate maintenance records
• Follow safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Journeyman/Red Seal Technician with 5+ years’ experience
• Strong background in equipment rebuilds and diagnostics
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to handle demanding tasks
