• Serve as the functional lead for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, and executive planning reviews
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization across the planning landscape
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions within SAP IBP
• Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to configure, test, and support planning system enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities
• Develop and maintain key planning metrics, dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
• Monitor inventory health, service levels, and other key performance indicators while identifying root causes of performance gaps
• Support monthly S&OP/IBP cycles by ensuring data integrity, process adherence, and timely delivery of planning outputs
• Champion the use of SAP- IBP and ensure master data integrity and support governance processes related to planning systems
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving planning effectiveness, visibility, and organizational alignment
• Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and planning team members on best practices and system utilization

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of related experience required, preferably in industry
• Strong understanding of planning processes, including supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP/IBP
• Experience supporting SAP IBP and SAP applications
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed organizations
