A career as a Senior Analyst, Custody Invoicing within the Custody Operations team at National Bank Trust means acting as a subject matter expert in custody operations and supporting institutional investment activities. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact on our organization through your expertise in invoicing, operational risk management and continuous process improvement.

Your Job

• Act as the subject matter expert for invoicing activities related to custody operations and ensure the accuracy of billing processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and implement efficient, sustainable solutions.
• Analyze operational exceptions, discrepancies and incidents to ensure timely resolution and prevent recurrence.
• Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen controls, streamline processes and increase operational efficiency through automation.
• Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives, client onboarding activities and the evolution of the operating model.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements while sharing your expertise with colleagues across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in custody operations, securities operations, fund administration or a related area within financial services.
• Experience supporting institutional clients or working in asset management, custody services or investment management environments.
• Experience participating in transformation, automation or process optimization initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate or Python.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is considered an asset.
