Purpose

The Manager, International Wealth Management Finance is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial and management reporting to support the International Wealth Management business. The role partners with Finance and business stakeholders to provide performance analysis, executive reporting, and data-driven insights while driving continuous improvement in reporting processes, governance, and automation. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills, business acumen, and reporting expertise to transform complex financial data into meaningful information that supports senior leadership decision-making. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and significant exposure to senior Finance and business leaders across the organization.

Financial & Management Reporting

• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.
• Produce executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, and financial performance analyses.
• Analyze financial results and key business drivers, providing meaningful commentary and insights.
• Develop clear reporting narratives highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging issues.
• Coordinate reporting requirements across International Wealth Management markets and business units.
• Support the preparation of materials for executive meetings and business performance reviews.

Performance Management & Analytics

• Monitor business performance against key financial and operational indicators.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify the underlying drivers impacting results.
• Support ad hoc analyses and business reviews requested by Finance and business leadership.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into concise and actionable business insights.

Reporting Governance & Controls

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of management reporting.
• Maintain effective controls and governance over reporting processes and data sources.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and Data teams to resolve reporting and reconciliation issues.
• Support audit, regulatory, and governance requirements related to management reporting.
• Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and controls.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and reduce manual activities.
• Support the development and enhancement of dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical capabilities.
• Promote the adoption of data visualization and self-service reporting solutions.
• Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives focused on modernization and data enablement.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key point of contact for reporting and performance management matters.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, Finance partners, and corporate stakeholders.
• Present financial information and insights confidently to senior audiences.
• Influence outcomes through fact-based analysis and effective communication.
• Collaborate across teams and functions to meet reporting objectives and deadlines.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or another relevant professional designation is considered an asset.
• Postgraduate studies in Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field are considered an asset.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Performance Management, Finance Analytics, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and business performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, profitability analysis, and business performance metrics.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Experience supporting international and multi-jurisdictional businesses is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
• Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI is highly desirable.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning and performance management platforms is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis, automation, and reporting is desirable.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of financial systems, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
