An exciting co-op opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Saskatoon or Calgary corporate office beginning January 2027 for an approximate 8 or 12-month term. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position and is open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete.
What You'll Do:- Support the Change Management Centre of Expertise (COE) by helping develop, update and maintain organizational change management templates, tools and resources that support successful business initiatives across the organization
- Contribute to project initiatives by assisting with organizational change management, communications and training activities for Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) projects
- Support portfolio reporting and coordination by tracking change activities across multiple projects, updating dashboards and reports, and helping facilitate information sharing between project and change management teams
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain practical experience in organizational change management, project delivery, stakeholder communications and business transformation
- Currently enrolled in a 2 to 4-year Business/Commerce, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology degree or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2026 or later.
