This position will be posted from September 14, 2026 - October 5, 2026.

• Report any unusual conditions, hazards or defects to supervisor
• Use and care for all Mine Technician equipment
• Responsible for borer alignment and measuring progress
• Take samples of ore and brine
• Familiar with ore body (geology and mark up)
• Assist in taking rock mechanics measurements
• Mainain appropriate housekeeping and keep tools in a good state of repair

• Must be a Technical school graduate from a recognized Mine, Civil, Geomatics Technologist course, or other relevant surveying course including Environmental Technologist course
• Able to perform duties in a safe and responsible manner
• Able to work in a neat, precise manner
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to interact positively with coworkers and supervisors
• Able and willing to learn the operations of all survey related functions
• Able to drive or willing to learn the operations of standard underground equipment
