About the Program

The Nutrien Finance & Accounting New Grad Rotational Program is focused on building strong and effective leaders interested in growing a career in Finance and/or Accounting. Successful candidates will be full-time employees who will gain valuable hands-on experience in this three-year rotational program.

What You'll Do:

Some of the Accounting & Finance assignments may include:

  • Accounting – Controllership
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Internal Audit & Internal Controls
  • Finance Business Services
  • External Financial Reporting
  • Treasury

Commencing in May 2027, the program provides the opportunity to gain experience in three areas within Finance. Working in three one-year rotations, you can look forward to:

  • On the job training and experience in different areas within the Finance department
  • Accelerated career development as a result of broader knowledge building and experience
  • Development of industry and functional knowledge
  • Enhanced ability to understand an organization from a "whole system" approach that will support greater movement within the organization

What You'll Bring:
  • Recent university graduate with a Finance or Accounting Bachelor's degree
  • Commitment to pursue a post-graduate designation (CPA, CFA, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Embodies Nutrien's core values
  • Ability to quickly establish working relationships and effectively transition through assignments
  • Previous financial/accounting work experience considered an asset
  • Involvement in volunteer and/or extracurricular activities
