The Go To Market team sits at the center of lululemon's end to end value chain transformation. We are responsible for architecting the future state GTM vision and operating engine, driving disciplined, measurable progress toward that vision. As experts in how functional processes connect across the value chain, we bring a holistic lens to identifying trade offs, designing integrated solutions, and ensuring that evolutions serve the business, our teams, and our guest.

Our team plays a critical role in identifying and leading integration needs across the value chain, always grounding decisions in what best supports the guest and aligns with lululemon's overall enterprise strategy. We partner closely with executive leadership, global and regional brand, merchandising, planning, design, supply chain, and cross functional partners who shape how we create and bring product to market.

core responsibilities

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Go-to-Market Operations, the GTM Operations Lead will support seasonal delivery of a go-to-market calendar phase by supporting the execution of pre‑, during‑, and post‑milestone preparation and processes enterprise for GTM milestones for calendar phase ensuring integration of product strategy throughout.

They know the intricacies of the Go-to-Market process as their work cuts across specialized functional areas of a vertically integrated brand, they will streamline the enterprise milestones and sub-milestones to make work simpler and institutionalizing rigor.

  • Lead consistency of execution of pre-, during- and post-milestone preparation and execution partnering with leaders across the organization to deliver against the GTM milestones.
  • Partner with GTM Evolution team to integrate redesigned processes into our Milestone, sub-milestone and L4 processes, templates and operating rhythms
  • Support the maintenance of GTM L2 sub milestone meeting landscape (pre/during/post milestones, Event Expectations, L4 processes and seasonal templates driving consistency and continuous improvement
  • Support analysis of seasonal KPIs to support governance of the GTM process and develop recommendations to mitigate risk to seasonal delivery
  • Support the seasonal calendar publish processes and develop solutions to manage risk and calendar stack issues
  • Anticipate risks and dependencies; proactively activate partners and insights to resolve challenges before they impact results
  • Identify opportunities and requirements that will unlock efficiency towards our goals and enable the adherence of the current and future GTM process
  • Build trusted relationships at multiple levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives and seasonal execution
  • Support the planning and delivery against seasonal processes
  • Support leadership team through development and curation of content and agenda items of for ops forums
  • Support in maintenance of GTM Documentation for business facing learning materials and training

qualifications

A deep understanding of a vertically integrated retail – has 3+ years of experience working within a Product function that has led to deep understating of best practices and processes or operations function. Previous experience in a large apparel company, investment banking, management consulting is a bonus.

Exposure to Hyper-Growth that required adaptability to evolve the team & processes. Exposure either as part of organization or group that experienced significant growth.

Global in Understanding. Has strong working relationships globally; experienced in supporting a global framework both regionally and HQ.

  • Minimum of 3+ yrs of relevant professional experience in this field of work, including consulting and/or direct business management
  • Deep understanding of apparel value chain
  • Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions
  • Strong communication skills, being able to distill complex workstreams into digestible frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shifts
  • Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust
  • Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, able to navigate an organization independently and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Demonstrates discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach with strong collaboration attitude and team play

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200-$115,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
