Job Summary

Reporting to the Zone Operations Manager, the People & Operations Associate will provide operational, administrative, and people-related support across seven Distribution Centers throughout Ontario, supporting both PepsiCo Foods Canada and PepsiCo Beverages Canada.

This role offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside frontline leaders and operations teams in a fast-paced Supply Chain environment. The successful candidate will support a broad range of activities including workforce administration, recruitment, employee engagement, reporting and analytics, payroll coordination, communications, and site projects while building foundational business and leadership capabilities.

The role requires regular travel throughout Ontario, including support for locations in Brampton, Scarborough, London, Ottawa, Orillia, and surrounding distribution centers.

Compensation: $66,700

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day business operations across seven Distribution Centers throughout Ontario
  • Prepare and distribute employee communications, letters, announcements, and other administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain personnel records, employee files, and HR databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate and maintain workforce, operational, and management reporting to support business decision-making and performance reviews.
  • Support zone reporting requirements, KPI tracking, workforce analytics, and business review preparation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, culture committee initiatives, and site events.
  • Partner with frontline leaders on attendance management, staffing support, and employee-related programs.
  • Travel regularly to Distribution Centers across Ontario to support business and employee needs.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Operations, Supply Chain, employee experience, and business leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout Ontario, including overnight travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship, co-op, or work experience in operations, supply chain, human resources, or a related business function.
  • Experience working with SAP, Kronos/UKG, iCIMS, Power BI, or similar business systems.
  • Experience analyzing data and developing reports, dashboards, or presentations.
  • Leadership experience through work, athletics, volunteer activities, student organizations, or other extracurricular involvement.
