The Manager, Indigenous Supply Chain leads Nutrien's Indigenous Supply Chain function as part of the Indigenous Relations strategy. The role works across Indigenous Relations, Procurement, Operations, Projects and external partners to identify, develop, measure and implement opportunities that increase Indigenous participation in Nutrien's supply chain.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Nutrien's Indigenous Supply Chain strategy
  • Translate Indigenous Relations priorities into practical supply chain initiatives, tools and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, Capital Projects and business teams to identify Indigenous participation opportunities
  • Support sourcing strategies, Indigenous Content integration, supplier engagement and project planning activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous-owned businesses, partnerships and economic development corporations
  • Support supplier discovery, readiness and development, including connections between Nutrien teams and qualified Indigenous suppliers
  • Maintain accurate reporting, supplier intelligence, dashboards and recommendations that support business decision-making
  • Identify and escalate operational, reputational, relationship and compliance risks, while supporting clear governance and accountability
What You'll Bring:
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Indigenous Studies, Economics, Public Administration, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Indigenous relations, Indigenous economic development, procurement, supply chain, business development, operations, project delivery or a related field
  • Experience working with Indigenous Nations, Indigenous-owned businesses and economic development organizations
  • Strong understanding of Indigenous economic participation, supplier development and economic reconciliation
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, build credibility and work effectively in complex systems
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, governance, analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience in mining, potash, agriculture, industrial operations, construction, maintenance or major project environments is an asset
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contracting, sourcing strategies, supplier qualification programs, reporting systems or performance measurement tools is an asset
