This consortium—comprising CDPQ Infra, AtkinsRéalis, SYSTRA Canada, Keolis Canada, Air Canada, and SNCF Voyageurs—was selected by the Canadian government to develop the project following a rigorous bidding process. Thanks to our expertise, we will ensure optimal performance and seamless service within a modern rail network.

Your role
- Follow and apply the company's'and project's document management procedures, standards, and techniques.
- Establish and maintain document control processes, procedures, and controls, including the management of sensitive information and permissions.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to teams as well as internal and external clients on document management practices.
- Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs.
- Lead and supervise the document control team to ensure effective and consistent document management across projects.
- Oversee project document management governance and ensure systems and procedures are properly implemented and utilized.
- Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of document management tools, systems, processes, and procedures.
About you
- 8 to 10 years of document management experience within the EPCM industry, including at least 5 years in an intermediate or senior‑level role.
- Ability to support contract management, commercial activities, planning, scheduling, and engineering teams through effective document management.
- Ability to develop and enhance document management systems, tools, processes, and procedures within the services, engineering, and construction sectors.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Aconex, and a functional understanding of standard database administration.
- Ability to communicate effectively in French and English.*
*This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as the clients and/or suppliers you will interact with are primarily English‑speaking and located outside Québec.
