As a University Campus Security Supervisor , there is a high focus on ensuring seam less security operatios, exceptional client relationship , excellent customer service and motivating a team of highly trained Security guards, since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities for University Campus Security Supervisor

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment
• Responsible for scheduling of the security guards
• Ensuring a very high level of Security services
• Forecasting the schedule and advise Management of the same
• Lead a team of Security Officers
• Train Security officers
• Liaise with Client and respond to client complaints and take appropriate measures to solve it
• Ensuring excellent Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at Security team's disposal.
• Performing patrol at the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Ensuring that the security officers are following the site protocols perfectly

Qualifications for University Campus Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry as a seasoned leader
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• Customer service oriented
• Be able to work days
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
