Release manager required to support AWS Connect platform migrations. Accountable for overall deployment orchestration across external and internal platforms, including deployment sequencing, change ticket management, and pilot activities to minimize roll-out risk.
Core Responsibilities
Orchestrate end-to-end deployments across internal and external platforms for AWS Connect migrations.
Manage deployment sequencing, change ticket administration, and release governance.
Coordinate pilot activities and risk-mitigation strategies to ensure smooth roll-outs.
Collaborate across technical and business workstreams to align release schedules.

Must Have Skills:
Proven experience as a Release Manager or Deployment Orchestrator within enterprise IT environments.
Hands-on familiarity with cloud contact center migrations (specifically AWS Connect).
Strong background in change ticket management, release sequencing, and risk reduction methodologies.
