What You'll Do:- Create requisitions in SuccessFactors Recruiting to initiate recruitment when hiring needs are raised by the business and assign out to TA Advisors
- Post job opportunities on Nutrien's career site, and other platforms such as university sites or niche/local job boards for applicable positions
- Leverage templates and other approved assets to create print and digital marketing materials for job opportunities and recruitment events in alignment with Nutrien's branding and communication guidelines
- Coordinate and schedule screening conversations, virtual and onsite interviews, and arrange travel for candidates to onsite interviews where appropriate
- Provide support with resume and phone screens, and candidate status management in SuccessFactors during peak recruiting periods and on an ongoing basis throughout the year as required
- Administer electronic aptitude assessments and coordinate physical assessments through Nutrien's third-party vendors for applicable positions and operating segments
- Assist with offer letter creation and reviews, and as needed, extension to candidates
- Answer recruitment-related inquiries received in shared inboxes and escalate to TA Advisors or Team Lead where appropriate
- Generate reports for the Talent Acquisition team on a routine and ad-hoc basis
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiates by participating in training, development of team documentation and best practices, and process enhancements
- Other duties as assigned
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or experience in lieu of
- 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related administrative capacity with high stakeholder engagement and coordination
- Experience working with enterprise and/or HR Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) or equivalents
- Ability to manage competing priorities and ad-hoc requests
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak hiring periods, including occasional overtime and weekends when needed
