- This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. This position is not available for remote work

- Potential locations for Saskatchewan: Allan, Cory, Patience Lake, Vanscoy, Lanigan, Saskatoon and Rocanville
- Term (16 months): Dates can be adjusted/extended to coincide with school terms.
- Spring 2027 - May 3, 2027 - August 25, 2028
What you will do:
- Conduct electrical and instrumentation field checks
- Assist in the development of mine management monitoring
- Assist in planning and preventative maintenance
- Generate engineering documents such a datasheets and drawings
- Complete low and high voltage power distribution drawing and data management
- Arc Flash data collection, entry into ETAP and equipment labeling
- Develop electrical controls and automation solutions
What you will bring:
- Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least 2 years of an undergraduate Electrical Engineering program (or equivalent) at an accredited post-secondary institution AND returning to full-time studies after the work term
- Demonstrated positive safety behaviour and safety leadership
- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge and experience through training
- Excellent interpersonal teamwork and communication skills
- Motivation to set and achieve goals, take initiative, and nurture projects forward
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
