• Inspect and trouble shoot all heating and cooling for the office building and MCC (adding Freon, changing compressor pumps, changing condensers, changing steam coils).
• Daily routine of all heating and cooling systems for the office (washing filters, adding chemical, changing filters, small water leaks, changing taps).
• Repair / replace air, water, steam and sewer pipes, as needed.
• Help the mechanics as needed with various jobs throughout the mill.

• A valid Saskatchewan or Interprovincial Certificate of Journeyperson Status (Red Seal) as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
• Positive Safety behavior and safety leadership.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training.
• Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions.
• Stable work record with 3 to 5 years' experience, preferably in an industrial environment is an asset.
