What You'll Do:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and dealership goals
  • Spend time on the sales floor, providing real-time support, guidance, and development
  • Create a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Partner with dealership leadership to execute strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and vehicle acquisition efforts
  • Mentor and develop future sales leaders
  • Ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from their first interaction through delivery

What You Bring:

  • Automotive experience, sales leadership is an asset
  • A proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of new and pre-owned vehicle operations
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
