QA Engineer

Who you are

• You have 3+ years of QA experience testing web applications.
• You take exceptional ownership of product quality and the overall user experience.
• You have strong experience designing and maintaining automated test suites for React applications.
• You are proficient in end-to-end and API testing using Playwright or an equivalent framework.
• You have experience building a comprehensive test suite from the ground up within a continuous delivery environment.
• You have intermediate JavaScript skills and can confidently write, debug, and maintain automated tests.
• You understand when to use automated, manual, and AI-assisted testing to achieve effective test coverage.
• You have experience documenting test cases, reporting defects, and tracking issues in Linear or a similar platform.
• You work effectively with minimal supervision and collaborate across teams to investigate and resolve complex problems.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor degree, or technical college degree1
• Excellent communication skills1
• Experience working within a CI/CD environment1
• Understanding of Agile development processes and best practices
• A burning desire to build an insanely great product and make an impact
• Knowledge of the Mortgage or Financial industry is a plus
