This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all DC operations for a particular shift/process within a facility. They lead their DC operations teams, ensuring efficient DC operations and SLA attainment. They act as a coach to the Warehouse Operations Floor Leads and associates on their development to build their talent pipeline. They do this by actively developing their people through vision and goals, coaching and feedback.a day in the lifeadditional notes

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $95,400-125,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. If overnight position include this language, otherwise remove This position includes an overnight pay premium of 7.5% of base pay. This overnight pay premium is only applicable for the duration of the period while working in the overnight position. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
