Reporting to the Director, Corporate Project Management Office, this role leads a portfolio of enterprise initiatives that deliver real business outcomes. You will partner directly with senior business leaders to translate strategy into execution—aligning priorities, shaping investment decisions, and ensuring programs deliver measurable value. This is a high-impact leadership role. Success is defined by enterprise results, strong executive relationships, and consistent delivery across complex initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Lead Portfolio Strategy & Execution

  • Shape and manage the full portfolio lifecycle—from planning and prioritization to execution
  • Establish governance that enables clear, timely decisions
  • Align initiatives to enterprise strategy and evolving business needs

Drive Value & Benefits Realization

  • Ensure benefits are defined, tracked, and achieved
  • Re-prioritize investments based on value, risk, and capacity
  • Hold teams and stakeholders accountable for outcomes

Partner with Senior Leaders

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the business
  • Lead discussions on trade-offs, risks, and priorities
  • Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

Manage Financials, Risk & Resources

  • Oversee portfolio budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Optimize use of high-demand resources across initiatives

Enable Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure consistent, fit-for-purpose delivery approaches
  • Integrate business and technology initiatives end-to-end
  • Continuously improve planning, reporting, and execution

Lead Change & Adoption (OCM)

  • Embed change management into all initiatives
  • Drive business readiness, adoption, and sustained outcomes
  • Ensure stakeholders own and sustain change, not just delivery

Build High-Performing Teams

  • Lead a large, cross-functional team of employees, contractors, and partners
  • Set clear expectations for performance and accountability
  • Strengthen capability across project, program, and change disciplines
What You'll Bring:

Experience

  • 10+ years delivering complex programs and portfolios
  • Experience operating at a senior leadership level
  • Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Strong track record of partnering with executives and influencing decisions

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Experience managing risk and complexity at scale
  • Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or equivalent is an asset
  • PMP, PgMP, or change management certification considered an asset
