The Advisor, Indigenous Relations Programs & Engagement supports the execution of the company's Indigenous Relations function by enabling effective coordination, program delivery, and internal alignment ensuring that commitments, initiatives, and engagements are delivered in a consistent and timely manner.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and deliver IR programs, initiatives, and external commitments, maintaining visibility on deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Support logistics and preparation for engagements, forums, and internal sessions, and ensure follow-through on all resulting action items
  • Assist in tracking progress against strategic IR commitments and identifying risks to delivery across a growing portfolio of concurrent initiatives
  • Support financial processes related to IR activities, including purchase requisitions, invoicing, and budget tracking in coordination with Finance and Procurement
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reporting tools to support transparency, accountability, and governance across IR workflows
  • Navigate internal systems and collaborate cross-functionally to enable consistent execution aligned with engagement protocols and IR priorities
What You'll Bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment supporting program coordination, process-driven delivery, and internal stakeholder management required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with strong organizational and time management skills required
  • Experience with financial, procurement, or administrative systems (e.g., purchase requisitions, invoicing, budget tracking) preferred
  • Familiarity with Indigenous Relations, community engagement, economic development or related fields preferred
  • Knowledge of Indigenous history, communities, and worldviews, with a willingness to engage respectfully, preferred
