Job Description Overview
Support Day to Day activities of the manufacturing and Warehouse operations alongside supervisors and managers. Responsible for identifying the requirements of raw materials needed for the production facility and order accordingly.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (8am– 4:30pm) 3 weeks of the period and Tuesday to Saturday (6:30am start) 1 week of the period
- Support Day to Day activities of the manufacturing and Warehouse operations alongside supervisors and managers.
- Responsible for identifying the requirements of raw materials needed for the production facility and order accordingly
- Working with raw materials suppliers in the following capacity:
- Validate material forecast for the production facility
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships, acting as a main point of contact
- Address any quality or service issues with the suppliers directly utilizing our accountability tools
- Learn the business to understand the real time demand
- Conducting daily and weekly reconciliation of all raw material and ingredient usage
- Systematic receiving in SAP: Raw materials, blind receiving process, etc.
- Period end owner and documentation completion for Raw Materials
- Certification memo meeting owner for Raw Materials
- Optimize the inventory levels to meet the business' supply and demand
- Learn the business to understand the real time demand
- Lead the business' innovation agenda by communicating details of new products to the Manufacturing and Warehouse leaders and frontline employees
- New Material / Innovation owner (communication planning / start-up checklist)
- Connecting with the frontline production teams to
- Monitor and communicate inventory levels and needs according to the daily production schedule
- Receive direct feedback to communicate quality and service expectations up to suppliers
- Complete SAP transactions and all period end processes for raw materials
- Follow all GCS requirements (Control and Compliance)
- Support vacation coverage as required for WH Coordinator
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Other tasks as directed by the supervisors / managers
- Bachelors' Degree (Supply Chain or Operations Management) preferred
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Office for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong problem solving, adaptability, and organizational skills a must
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gain alignment across multiple functions
- Exceptional follow up and initiation ability
- Knowledge of inventory control programs is preferred
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
