A career as an IT Senior Analyst Network Management and Security Operations at National Bank means playing a role in IT infrastructure management.

You are a key player in resolving complex incidents and implementing cutting-edge technological solutions to support network and security operations.

By working closely with other infrastructure and security experts, you can leverage your expertise to maintain the stability, performance and security of critical systems for the organization in a hybrid environment combining on-premises and cloud infrastructures (AWS and Azure).

Your job

• Manage, diagnose and resolve critical incidents in hybrid environments (Cisco, AWS, F5, checkpoint, Infoblox, Akamai, etc.), then implement permanent corrections based on a continuous improvement approach
• Manage major incidents in real time and coordinate interventions with multidisciplinary teams
• Implement and optimize network infrastructures to support the organization's current and future needs
• Analyze change requests, assess their impact on existing applications and recommend appropriate adjustments
• Understand business issues, identify stakeholder needs and propose adapted technological solutions
• Oversee the implementation of new network solutions, ensure their successful integration and optimize their configuration
• Analyze infrastructure performance and resilience, then make recommendations aligned with operational needs and standards in effect
• implement monitoring and automation processes to reduce interruptions, while supporting teams by sharing knowledge on advanced tools and technologies.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline or another diploma and several years of relevant experience in network infrastructure management and complex incident resolution
• Experience troubleshooting Networks in an AWS Cloud environment, (Security-group, terraform, yaml, firewalling)
• Experience in incident resolution in a Cisco environment
• Mastery of network technologies (switching, routing, VPN, firewalls, load balancers, QoS, DNS, etc.)
• Knowledge of network tools (Wireshark, Zabbix, and other advanced monitoring solutions.)
• Excellent aAbility to work in complex environments and to assimilate complex technological concepts
• Experience in the financial sector, an asset
• CCNP certification and AWS certification, an asset.
