Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You should bring solid scripting and automation skills using Python or Bash, hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, and proven experience building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic thinker who can mentor junior engineers, drive automation initiatives, and help shape the future of our DevOps practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AZURE

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps tools and Kubernetes

  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support smooth software delivery

  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform for provisioning and configuration management

  • Work closely with app dev, cloud engineering, security, and other stakeholders to streamline deployment pipelines and improve CI/CD processes

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting complex issues

  • Recommend enhancements, optimizations, and new technologies to improve DevOps environments

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • 10+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in similar infrastructure roles

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining production cloud infrastructure

  • Microsoft Certified Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and expertise in Azure DevOps pipelines

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, or Azure Resource Manager

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

  • Solid scripting and automation skills using Python or Bash

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform

  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like AzureDevops, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar

Nice-to-have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate in a team environment
