As a Senior Risk Analyst, you'll play a critical role in strengthening how projects are planned and delivered, using data, insight, and collaboration to enhance decision-making and outcomes.

• Make a meaningful, visible impact in the public sector About the jobAs a key member of the Financial Services and Project Control Office, you will:
Lead risk management practices: Serve as the division's subject matter expert on risk management by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring project and program-level risks. Partner with technical teams to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies that improve project outcomes.
Translate risk insights into action: Lead interviews, workshops, and analyses to understand project risks and business needs. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations and practical solutions.
Drive performance monitoring and reporting: Design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to track risk exposure, monitor performance, and demonstrate the impact of mitigation strategies.
Collaborate across teams and stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, executives, and cross-functional teams to prioritize risk information, enhance coordination, and support informed decision-making.
Promote best practices and continuous improvement: Provide expert advice, tools, and guidance to strengthen risk management practices across our project portfolio. Support teams in adopting innovative approaches and industry-leading methodologies. What you bring to the team
