We are searching for a Personal Support Worker to join Nursing Home Without Walls - Pavillon Landry team based in Moncton, New Brunswick.

This is a temporary position with an anticipated end date of March 31, 2030.

Nursing Home Without Walls is an innovative program that takes support directly to older adults in their own homes. This role focuses on enhancing the overall wellbeing of older adults by providing support with activities of daily living and personal care. About the Opportunity

• In-home support services for clients (focusing primarily on basic personal care)
• Assists clients with hygiene and daily living activities, such as: light housekeeping, bathing, dressing, oral care, skin care, meal preperation, and mobilizing according to the work assignment;
• Collaborates with the client and family members in the development of an individualized care plan;
• Assists in the planning and implementation of client leisure activities;
• Communicates and reports relevant information regarding client care or safety to the Nursing Home Without Walls Manager;

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

• Bilingual in French & English (including speaking, reading and writing);
• You are available to work a schedule of Monday - Friday;
• Class 5 Driver's License and Personal Vehicle;
• You can provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening;
• Alzheimer's and Dementia Care course considered an asset;
• Previous working experience with elderly in home care or a senior living environment an asset;
• A valid Continuing Care Certification or Provincial Personal Care Worker course or Personal Care Aide or equivalent is an asset;
• Valid CPR & First Aid Certification preferred;
• A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care
