This role requires you to work on our Lanigan site and commute to work. It's not a camp based job and it requires you to have a reliable transportation method to get you from your home to work.

What You'll Do:
  • Work safely in a mining environment and follow the procedures and policies that are in place
  • Support mill operations through manual labor including shoveling, operating equipment, loading and unloading of miscellaneous supplies and equipment, light maintenance, and other duties as needed
  • Play a critical role in ensuring your safety and the safety of others
What You'll Bring:
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Stable work record
  • Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset
  • Positive safety behavior and being a safety leader
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
  • Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a labor-intensive team environment as well as self-guided
