Why Wendy's Crew Members are the back bone of our restaurant and can perform a multitude of tasks to provide great customer service to serve our guests. They can be on the front service line, interacting and serving the customers directly, or they can be in the back of house, preparing great food that our customers crave and come to Wendy's for.
