As a Supervisor, you will play a fundamental role in assisting, assigning, and directing team members in providing excellent quality products and service in a clean and safe environment for all customers. We are seeking that special someone who strives to make every customers food service experience a memorable one.

Tasks:

-Establish methods to meet work schedules

-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

-Ensure food service and quality control

-Address customers' complaints or concerns

-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

-Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres

-Supervise and check assembly of trays

-Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

-Establish work schedules

-Supervise 5-10 people

What we expect from you · Must be transferable within the Greater Moncton Area locations

· Have high energy & positive attitude

· Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience within the food service industry

· Have flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends

· Can work both independently & in a team environment

· Take pride in building relationships with customers & your team

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
