As Corporate Counsel, Commercial Law, you'll play a key leadership role within our Legal Department, advising business and functional teams, leading contract negotiations, managing regulatory compliance, and supporting corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. You'll also oversee and modernize our commercial contract frameworks, ensuring they reflect best legal and business practices.
