What you will do:

The key objective for the Media Traffic Coordinator is to accurately schedule and test digital content changes for internal and external marketing initiatives on Cineplex, Junxion, and Rec Room screens. Networks include menu boards, poster cases, lobby screens, customer-facing screens among others. This role's hours are Monday-Friday during business hours, with occasional weekend and evening support as needed.

Note: This is a hybrid role, based out of the Cineplex Head Office at 1303 Yonge St, Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop the scheduling processes and best practices for managing content on the expanding Exhibition & LBE digital signage networks. Test creative elements prior to execution due dates. Perform daily/weekly checks on content scheduling using Broadsign and Vista and software applications.
  • Carefully track all scheduled content, paying close attention to deadlines and workback schedules, collaborating with Creative Services, Marketing, Groups and Events, Media Sales, and Revenue Management teams.
  • Provide technical support for digital signage, troubleshooting and resolving screen issues in collaboration with site managers and the internal Cineplex Helpdesk team.
  • Program, test software applications, provide setup and ongoing support for new build Exhibition and LBE digital installation projects.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of working in an office or theatre environment.
  • 1-3 years of ad operations, digital signage, advertising and/or customer service experience.
  • Previous employment experience in a theatre environment would be considered an asset.
  • Experience working in Broadsign would be considered an asset.
  • Superior computer skills, with proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel required.
  • Basic knowledge with Adobe Suite and HTML coding would be considered an asset.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-starting team player with high attention to detail, drive to innovate and problem solve.
  • High interest to learn new technology.
