Job Summary:

As a product and service expert, you will provide solutions to inquiries, concerns, complaints and issues by email and online chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve requests in an efficient and friendly manner and will escalate appropriately when necessary. As a member of the HubHelp team, you will strive to provide the highest level of service possible. Your goal is to provide a complete, cohesive experience that aligns with the organization's values.

  • Act as a subject matter expert to support both members and internal teams with Fit4Less products and services
  • Resolve issues to the satisfaction of members and Associates
  • Work well under pressure and maintain composure while handling difficult situations
  • Effectively communicate in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process member account changes with a high level of accuracy and care
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings
  • Escalate and flag issues as required to be reviewed by your direct report


Our Ideal Fit4Less Candidate:

  • Previous success in a customer service, collections or accounts receivable role
  • Knowledge of Fit4Less or GoodLife administration, policies and systems
  • Fitness Industry experience
  • Problem-solving
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
