Graham is actively recruiting for a Graphic Design Coordinator supporting the Corporate Services division. The Graphic Design Coordinator plays a key role in bringing the Graham brand to life through compelling visual storytelling and creative communications.

Working closely with the Brand and Communications team and internal stakeholders, this role develops impactful marketing and communication assets across a variety of channels, ensuring alignment with Graham's brand standards and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate is a creative thinker who combines strong design expertise with fresh ideas and innovative approaches to deliver audience-focused content that engages, inspires, and strengthens the Graham brand.

This is a hybrid role for our Calgary Corporate office.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

  • Support the execution of the overall communications and marketing plan by providing creative support to the marketing and communications team and other internal clients

  • Design and develop consistent on-brand creative assets, ensuring that all content adheres to Graham’s branding and communications standards

  • Provide graphic design solutions to support the production of corporate collateral, including but not limited to templates, long document layouts, PowerPoint presentations, covers, marketing collateral/brochures, illustrations, infographics, interactive PDFs, ads and digital media

  • Assist in video development for various purposes including but not limited to social media, website, advertising and other corporate initiatives

  • Help maintain organization of assets library, and edit and enchance photos in photo library

  • Continually build a knowledge base of current design trends and best-in-class strategies

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: University degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Advertising or diploma training program at a college or technical school

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in design in an agency or corporate setting

  • Technical Skills:

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat is required

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required

    • Asset: Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects and other creative, visual, interactive and multimedia tools
