Graham is actively recruiting a Facilities Project Supervisor supporting the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the Facilities Director, this role provides critical assistance supporting project meetings, maintaining project priority lists, assisting with FCS creation, researching project deliverables, and providing recommendations for management review.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
• Lead furniture and small construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Facilitate project meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner directly with business leaders to identify project requirements, assess needs, and develop practical solutions.
• Create and manage Facilities Change Requests, ensuring required information, approvals, and documentation are complete.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, including financial tracking and reporting.
• Manage project financials using systems such as InEight, SAP, and Toolbox.
• Prepare regular project status reports, updates, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project execution across internal teams, external partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple projects within the corporate project portfolio, balancing competing priorities and timelines.
• Prioritize project activities and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise staff, resources, and project support activities to ensure successful execution.
• Exercise sound judgment, accountability, and decision-making authority to support positive project outcomes.
The Right Tools for the Job
• Five years of project or property management experience.
• Minimum high school diploma, with completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school.
• Knowledge of bylaws pertaining to indoor and outdoor company spaces is considered an asset.
• Experience with building automation, controls, and software.
• Experience with office maintenance contracts and negotiations, particularly regarding equipment and supplies.
• Ability to excel in a team environment and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Excellent time-management, prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement policy and procedure development is an asset.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
