Responsibilities
To successfully fill this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following to the highest standards:
- Provide exceptional customer service following the Frenchy standard steps of service
- Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner focusing on delivering a memorable guest experience
- Confidently recommend menu offerings and accommodate dietary restrictions
- Follow correct reporting procedures and assist in guest recovery situations
- Ensure all food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly
- Maintain brand standards and strive to achieve departmental targets as a team
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Ensure floor stations are stocked appropriately
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in elevated restaurants
- POS systems, payment systems, and other related applications required
- Positive attitude, problem solver, and team player
- Excellent communication and relationship skills for guests and team members alike
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour
- Wine knowledge considered an asset
- Must be available to work weekends and public holidays
- Smart Serve Certified.
