Your Impact

• Lead the electrical design and delivery of complex building projects from concept through construction.
• Develop innovative power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, communication, security, and building systems solutions that enhance occupant experience and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and sustainable building designs.
• Guide clients through technical decisions by providing trusted engineering expertise and insight.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers, helping build technical excellence across the team.
• Drive project success through quality management, technical reviews, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
• Contribute to business growth by strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Influence the future of communities through the design of healthcare, institutional, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure projects.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration in Manitoba.
• Significant experience in electrical building systems design within the consulting engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian electrical codes, standards, and building regulations.
• Proven expertise designing power distribution, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with architects, owners, and contractors.
• Proficiency with industry-standard engineering and design software.
• Strong communication, technical writing, and client relationship management skills.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $98,800 – $130,800
MB & ON: $90,100 – $124,100
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $89,200 – $118,500
